In Europe and Australia, E numbers are used to identify additives and preservatives on food labels. This screen is used to find an additive or preservative based on its E number, or to find the E number for a specific substance.

Type in the E number (without the E) and click on the Search button. Alternatively, type in the substance and click on the Search button.

Clicking on a substance in the list will open the Items, Food & Substance screen with more information on that item.

Click on the Close Button (above) to return to the previous menu
