Images of the various allergens or other substances that may result in adverse reactions can be viewed here. For more information on the item click on the More Info button and the Items, Substances & Allergens screen will open with information on that item.

Click Exit (above) to return to the Assessment Menu

Process to follow:
First click on the substance group, e.g., Nuts and beans.
Then click on the previous and next  buttons.

The images of a food, item or substance can also be accessed through the Item, Substances & Allergens menu off the Main Menu.
