After typing in the symptom you are searching for, a list of items, substances, or allergens will appear that may cause or influence the symptom. Click on the item for more information.

Symptoms and other conditions have been entered as found in the published articles. Authors may have used different terms to describe similar symptoms, e.g., "bronchospasm" and "asthma". As you cannot know with certainty whether the author intended one term to mean or imply another (e.g., bronchospasm for asthma), you may need to use more than one term when searching this database.
